D-Day at Greenway
Join us to commemorate Greenway's connection to this key historic moment of the Second World War with a military display outside the house.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
During the Second World Way, Greenway became home to evacuees and was later requisitioned by the US Coast Guard.
To mark the anniversary of the D-Day landings, there will be a military display around the front of Greenway House, with vehicles and re-enactors.
Volunteers will also be on hand in the house to highlight features that relate to this time.
