This year we are once again taking part in the Exmoor Dark Skies Festival hosted by Exmoor National Park, with events taking place between Friday 17th October and Sunday 1st November across the moor.

This year during the festival you can:

  • Ever wanted to learn about capturing the beauty of the Exmoor landscape and dark skies at night time? Join local photographer Mark Johnson on Sat 17 Oct, 6pm - 9pm, for Astrophotography in the Doone Valley. Click here for more info and booking.

  • Head out on a guided night hike, as the National Trust guided takes you to some of the best spots for stargazing. Just rember to bring your torch and warm clothes. Night hikes take palce on 20, 23 & 29 October 7pm-9pm , click here for more info and booking.

Spaces for these events tend to fill up quickly, so to avoid any disappointment we recommend booking early.
