Feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or just in need of a reset? Join us for a calm, welcoming walk on Brownsea Island, a chance to slow down and feel a little more connected.

These small, supportive group walks are designed for individuals who are navigating a difficult time, experiencing loss, or simply needing a break from the noise of everyday life. The walks take place on the first Wednesday of each month (April–October), with no cost to attend and both travel and admission included. Places are limited so booking is essential.

Accessibility

There is no wheelchair accessibility on the boat.

Meeting point

Head to Greenslade's orange kiosk. The boat will leave from Poole Quay at 1.30pm. Please allow plenty of time to park and arrive at the Quay early.

What to bring and wear

Bring warm clothing paying attention to recent and current weather forecasts.

Please note that these walks are designed for individuals and are free, including the ferry crossings and island entry.
