Your journey begins at the National Trust car park, where our guided mindfulness walk leads you along the tranquil pathway beside the River Corfe and the ruins of West Mill.
From there, we invite you to step into the footsteps of bygone royalty as you make your way through the majestic main gates of Corfe Castle.
With the castle all to yourself, the experience deepens. Within these ancient walls, you’ll be immersed in a unique blend of mindful movement and meditation—an unforgettable moment of calm in one of Dorset’s most iconic historic settings.
