Would you like to take up cycling again, have lost confidence, or would just like to ride with other people using traffic-free trails or quiet country lanes?
These rides are led by trained volunteers from Dorset Council's Health and Activity team and take you around the Kingston Lacy estate at your own pace. The rides last about an hour.
If you don’t have a bike, you can hire one for only £2.50 by calling the Health and Activity team on 01425 480811.
All participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and this can be done very quickly and easily online - https://dorset-self.achieveservice.com/service/Physical-Activity-Readiness-Questionnaire
Health Cycles are delivered by Dorset Council's Health and Activity team and not the National Trust.
