Join a group activity to help clear scrub along the Heather Trail.

Meeting at Shell Bay, we will use tools to clear gorse and scrub along the edges of the pathway, ensuring access is maintained. We will have a safety brief to start and talk about the task then do a couple of hours of clearing.
Bring a packed lunch and we will stop for a group picnic on the beach afterwards.
Tools, gloves and safety glasses will be supplied.

Family event, under 18's must be accompanied by parent/ guardian.
- Meeting point
Shell Bay, follow the board walk from the carpark, head on to the beach and we will be on the right hand side. BH19 3BA
- What to bring and wear
Prepare for the weather, remember sun cream, hats and water bottles. Trousers recommended and sturdy closed footwear.
- Accessibility
Their is accessible parking and toilets at Shell Bay and Knoll Beach. There is a changing places at Knoll beach. The event takes place on the sandy path of the heather trail that is accessed via the beach.
