Wellness in the Dunes: Yoga, Sound, Sauna & Lunch

A restorative coastal morning in Studland’s dunes. Gentle yoga, a calming sound bath, beach sauna and a relaxed lunch — a rare opportunity to reset in this extraordinary landscape.

  • Booking essential

Spend the morning immersed in dune, sea and open sky.

The experience begins with yoga in the shelter of Studland’s dunes, led by Paula, an experienced instructor with over 12 years of practice. Her welcoming approach supports all abilities, blending gentle flow, stretching and moments of stillness to help you slow down and reconnect.

You’ll then settle into a restorative sound bath. Layered tones and resonance encourage deep relaxation, creating space to release tension and quiet the mind while surrounded by sand and sea air.

Afterwards, head to the shoreline for time in Studland Watersports’ beach sauna. The warmth of the sauna, balanced with fresh coastal air, awakens the senses and brings a quiet sense of balance.

Round off your time by the sea with a relaxed lunch from Knoll Beach Café — nourishment for the body after a morning of restoration. Choose from a traditional or vegan Ploughman’s, or a freshly prepared fish goujon or vegan fillet bap, each served with a hot drink of your choice.

Non-gluten containing rolls are available (prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present; please use your discretion if cross-contamination is a concern).
