Bernard Shaw loved his vegetable patch, especially when it was made into rhubarb pie! This summer, help our housekeeper and gardener look after our imaginary patch on this interactive garden trail.

While adults unwind, children are invited to explore our charming garden and discover the 5 ingredients needed to make a healthy vegetable grow! With its intimate setting and enclosed setting, our garden provides the perfect summer sanctuary for families seeking a tranquil experience in nature.
Free with garden entry. Pick up a trail sheet from the kiosk and find five stations dotted around his garden.

This event is outdoors so please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
- Accessibility
Our garden has hard surfaced paths that are suitable for wheelchairs and buggies. There are two sets of steps in the garden but these can be avoided by going around them on low gradient grass verges.

Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at all times.
