Morning Yoga and tour at Hidcote
Begin your day immersed in the peace and beauty of Hidcote with this exclusive early morning experience, taking place before the gardens open to the public.
- Booking essential
Led by Taryn from the Yoga Snug, we'll gather on the tranquil lawns within the grounds of Hidcote for a 60-minute gentle outdoor yoga practice designed to awaken the body, quiet the mind and open the senses. Surrounded by birdsong, fresh morning air and the breathtaking beauty of the gardens, this is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. The class is suitable for everyone, whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and every movement will be guided with plenty of options to help you feel comfortable, supported and at ease. Our practice will conclude with an extended, deeply restorative savasana, allowing you time to fully absorb the benefits of your morning. During this relaxation, you'll have the option to receive gentle hands-on adjustments to help you settle even more deeply into a state of complete relaxation. Wrapped in cosy blankets, supported by bolster cushions and with a soft eye pillow to encourage complete rest, it's the perfect way to finish your practice. After yoga, you'll enjoy a guided tour of the gardens with one of Hidcote Senior Gardeners before the site opens to visitors. Discover the stories behind the gardens, seasonal highlights and hidden corners from someone who knows them intimately, making this a truly special opportunity to experience Hidcote in a way that few people ever do.
