Join us for a hands on day of willow weaving with Kelly where you will make a traditional framed basket with a sturdy handle.

Discover the craft of traditional basket making in a relaxed, outdoor setting.
Set outside in the garden, the day will allow you to learn and create surrounded by nature.
During the workshop, you will: • Learn a simple weaving technique and discover other styles and terms. • Choose from a range of willow to personalise your basket. • Find out how to care for and maintain your willow so it lasts for years.
You will leave with your own finished basket. It’s perfect for fruit picking, foraging, or everyday use.
This workshop suits beginners. Please note that willow weaving can be hard on your fingers, so keep this in mind when booking.
