Sound Bath at Newark Park
Bathe in soothing vibrations as crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle frequencies guide you into deep relaxation. A restorative escape for mind and body in a beautiful, historic setting.
- Booking essential
Surrounded by blooming English flowers, birdsong, open sky, and the wandering peacocks, these Thursday morning gatherings are an invitation to slow down, soften, and simply receive. A space to rest in the beauty of nature, be held by sound, and return to yourself.
This sound sanctuary experience is designed to take you on a journey of relaxation, through a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, drums, xylophones, and chimes as we rest deeply in the walled garden.
Bring your mat, a cushion and blankets, and wear your cosiest clothes for ultimate comfort.
