Bat Trail
Try and spot the 5 bats that call Woodchester Park their home and learn some batty facts along the way this September.
- Booking not needed
- Free event
Bats are often thought of as Hallowe'en creatures but did you know they are often most active during the Summer months.
September marks the beginning of bat mating season so there will be lots of bats swooping about at Woodchester looking for suitable mates and preparing for hibernation.
Try and find all 5 bats that live at Woodchester dotted along the red route trail from Tinkley Gate. Start in the Pre-Loved Bookshop to pick up a trailsheet before you begin.
