Picnics are welcome and hot beverages and snacks will be available to purchase. Please be aware that there is a 10-minute walk between the carpark and the north lawn where the film is being screened. You'll need to make sure you can comfortably carry all your belongings. Assistance dogs only are welcome.

Enter the gardens via Visitor Reception and follow the main garden path up to The Vyne's north lawn. Please have your tickets ready to scan as you arrive at the north lawn.
- What to bring and wear
You'll need to dress for the weather and bring layers and a torch for when the sun goes down. Unless you have a Premium/Director's View ticket, you'll need to bring your own camping chair.
- Accessibility
The event is held on flat ground with short grass and is approx. 500m from the car park along a flat, wheelchair-accessible path. There will be accessible toilet facilities on-site.
