Step away from the hustle of modern life and join us for a guided wellbeing walk through the stunning Newtown National Nature Reserve.
This gentle walk is designed to help you connect with nature on a deeper level, with opportunities for mindfulness, meditation, and sensory experiences along the way.
We’ll finish with light movement to get the heart rate up, suitable for all fitness levels.
If the weather takes a turn, we’ll still meet and enjoy indoor nature-themed arts and crafts, incorporating many of the same wellbeing and relaxation techniques.
Take some time to recharge in nature and feel the benefits throughout your month.
This event is FREE but booking is essential.
Please note: This event is for adults aged 16 and over. Dogs are not permitted on the walk.
