Explore the woodland around Chartwell on this free, volunteer-led walk, run by Sevenoaks District Council as part of their ‘Steps to Wellbeing’ walking programme. This 45-minute (2.25 mile) walk around Mariners Hill includes a fantastic viewpoint over Chartwell. It takes place on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies due to the terrain

Meet outside the car park end of the café at Chartwell.
- What to bring and wear
Paths can be muddy so sturdy footwear is advised, as well as clothing appropriate for the weather
- Accessibility
This guided walk takes place in the woods so expect uneven paths, steep inclines and muddy surfaces. There are toilets at the start and end of the walk. Suitable for adults. Not suitable for wheelchairs or buggies due to the terrain

Parking at Chartwell is free for walkers. Normal Admissions to the House and Gardens apply.
