Summer of Play nature craft: twiggy adventures
Be inspired by the natural world in a free craft session at Ightham Mote this summer.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
The one-hour session begins with a nature-themed interactive story before children create their own woodland-inspired masterpiece using natural materials.
Paint a woodland backdrop onto cardboard using twigs as brushes, then create a moving nature character on a stick. Watch this character come to life as they journey across the painted scene.
Sessions start at 11am, 12pm and 2pm. Booking is not required, but spaces are limited and subject to availability.
Children need to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
