Reconnect with nature, seasons and elements through sensory and immersive meditation techniques to help you relax, rest, restore and feel grounded in nature and yourself. This will include mixture of meditation, visualisation, breath and body awareness. It's suitable for all abilities.

Meeting point

Please meet at the Shepherds Hut – location will be confirmed on the day as it is weather-dependant.

What to bring and wear

Please wear clothing you feel comfortable moving in. We recommend, forecast permitting, waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear.

Accessibility

This event will be fully accessible – paths are level and surfaced with fine gravel. If the weather requires the event to be held indoors there is step-free access to the house and wide doorways available to the room which may be used.
