Immerse yourself in the place that inspired Beatrix.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
We'll be celebrating the 160th anniversary of Beatrix Potter’s birth (28 July 1866) with bunting and extra pop-up activities in the garden. For families with children, there are storytelling sessions of the tales written at Hill Top, and a treasure hunt activity to find Tom Kitten’s missing buttons hidden around the garden. And for adults, there will be pop-up talks about Beatrix Potter’s life from our volunteers.
