Imagine a World: Story-led yoga for families
Join author Jenny Clark in the orchard for some short yoga sessions inspired by her book ‘Imagine a World’.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Author, yoga instructor and ‘The Wild Times’ founder, Jenny Clark runs retreats that blend rest, play, exploration, and flow in nature across the world and has recently published her children’s book, ‘Imagine a World’. Like Beatrix Potter, whose little books were inspired by nature and have been a favourite of young children for over 100 years, Jenny’s book is a love letter to our planet, exploring the wonders of Earth and the creatures we share it with. It also includes fun ideas to encourage and build children's connection to nature.
Jenny will be reading her story while leading some simple, fun yoga for young people (although adults are more than welcome to join in!), followed by a signing of any copies of the book purchased in the Hill Top shop and an opportunity for an author chat.
The session times are as follows: 10:30 – 11:20 11:30 – 12:20 13:00 – 13:50 14:00 – 14:50 15:00 – 15:50 Yoga will happen at the beginning of each session, and the book signing will follow until the end of the session.
