Join a member of the castle staff on a 45-minute twisted history tour. Starting at the front terrace, you will enter the castle with the help of our resident guide. Once inside, prepare yourself to hear the frightful stories of our building and its former residents. Enter... if you dare.

Not suitable for younger children.

Meeting point

Please meet under the Porte-Cochere at the front of the Castle. A member of the team will be there at least 5 minutes before the start time.

What to bring and wear

Please dress appropriately for the weather outside. The Castle can feel very cold in certain spots and sturdy shoes are required in case a quick getaway is needed.

Accessibility

The tour does not provide seated rest places and will require climbing a short flight of stairs to enter. Once inside, the tour will remain on one level. We shall remain on our feet at all times in case any of the residents take a disliking to us. If you do need level access, please get in touch with our guide prior to your visit via telephone or email.

Other

Light levels in the castle are low and sound will be played throughout your time inside. There will be supernatural encounters during our twisted tales, but these will only be created using sound. If you have young children or a nervous disposition, please consider if this event is appropriate for you.
