Autumn Garden Tour with the Head Gardener

Join an exclusive Autumn tour of Canons Ashby’s beautiful garden led by our Head Gardener, with an autumnal apple and pear tasting from our variety of historic trees.

Take the opportunity to explore our gardens in Autumn and try some of our own historic apple and pear varieties with your afternoon tea!

Learn about the history of the gardens, the plants around you, and the way the team cares for them. Then settle down for a small afternoon tea. This event will go on whatever the weather as long as it’s safe to do so. Please dress for whatever the weather brings.

The garden is not enormous, so it will not involve long walks, but there are stairs, steps and slopes throughout.

Afternoon tea includes a scone, mini sandwiches and mini bakes, with tea or coffee. If you want to visit the Coach House Shop, please go before the tour begins, it will be closed when this event finishes.

If you have dietary requirements that need to be taken into account please let us know in advance.
