Join Vicky from Equanimity Yoga for an evening of meditative calm and tranquillity in this unique outdoor soundbathing experience. You will be led through a series of different vibrations using various instruments, which are shown to have calming effects on the body and mind.
This event will take place outdoors, but may be held indoors subject to weather conditions. Please bring something to lie on and something to keep you warm. You may also wish to bring something to rest your head on.
Guidance: These sessions are not suitable for those in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy, those with sound induced epilepsy, have a pacemaker fitted, or a severe heart condition. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult your GP for advice before booking.

Please meet at visitor reception.
- What to bring and wear
Please dress appropriately for the weather, and for sitting/lying on the ground. Please bring something comfortable to lie on like a blanket, and if you choose, something to rest your head on.
- Accessibility
The experience will be held on one of the lawns surrounding the manor, around 200 metres from the car park. Please note this event does include sitting and lying on the ground, however adjustments can be made to suit other requirements. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact a member of the team. This event is not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy.
