Step into the fun of Camp Lyveden and become an archaeology explorer through fun and games

For one weekend only, at the start of summer, you can explore Lyveden for free, including the adventures that await in Camp Lyveden. Celebrate the Festival of Archaeology with fun and games including a play dig and 'hook-a-look' challenge.

Test your archery and axe throwing skills from 11-3 both days of the weekend. Pick up a £2 activity token from visitor reception when you arrive to participate. 2 tokens are needed to do both archery and axe-throwing.

When you arrive at the Visitor Reception, our friendly welcome team will direct you to where the activities are, and you can also pick up a £2 archery or axe throwing token from there.

What to bring and wear

All activities are outside so dress for the outdoors and whatever the weather brings.

Accessibility

Activities are on grass, off a gravel path. If you have any questions about your accessibility needs, please get in touch.
