Volunteering Open Day

Drop-in to meet our friendly staff and find out more about volunteering roles at Gawthorpe Hall.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event

Gawthorpe Hall is a fantastic house, barn and garden and we need more volunteers to help us run it. There are different volunteer roles available - from talking to visitors inside the Hall to helping in the Walled Garden or Great Barn.

Come for our volunteering open day - you'll receive a warm welcome, and over a cup of tea the chance to chat to our friendly staff to find out more about what volunteers do and where we need more. Plus, you can have a look round the Hall and grounds, and chat to other volunteers too.

This is a joint event between the Museum Service who run the Hall and the National Trust who manage the wider estate and Great Barn. Come and find out more about what we have on offer at Gawthorpe Hall.
