Summer of Play at Speke Hall
Discover games galore in beautiful green spaces at Speke Hall as we celebrate a season of colour, creativity, and fun for all ages.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
From making mud pies, running races, opportunities to build and create and getting cosy with a good book we are throwing open our doors and you're invited to explore, discover and play together.
Create your own adventure – Use your imagination to create your own fantasy adventure in the Picnic Area. You’ll find a puppet theatre, a wicker castle, a play boat and a reading nook full of inspiration.
Games, art, sports and more – Over in the orchard you can play with GIANT games or create wild art masterpieces. On the North Lawn you can wang a welly, try bunny yoga, race your friends and go on a scavenger hunt.
Different day, different play – You’ll find different activities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays so there’s even more reason to come back again and again. Craft a new toy with ‘Make it Mondays’, have a go at archery on Tuesdays, learn juggling from a Tudor Jester on Thursdays or listen to stories and rhymes with The Reader on Fridays.
Summer of Play is sponsored by Starling Bank.
