Cabinets Unlocked: Sensory Explorers
Join us this autumn half-term to explore Ham's cabinets using your senses. Plus, discover activities and toys in the Garden Room.
- Booking not needed
- Free event (admission applies)
Our unique cabinet collection at Ham House and Garden has been unlocked this autumn! During this October half-term, we invite you to investigate these special cabinets using your senses.
Have you ever wondered what a piece of furniture sounds like? Listen to music etched on a cabinet, smell precious spices that would have been kept in these beautiful objects, and explore the house to see if you can spot all the lost cabinet keys.
The sensory experience finishes with a 17th-centrury musical performance from The Morley Consort on Sunday 1 of November.
During your half-term visit, explore the walled Kitchen Garden to take in the colourful harvest season. Our family Garden Room has seasonal activity sheets, colouring-in, and toys.
