Family yoga with Kalma Life: Gibside Summer of Play

Yoga with a twist! Dance, pretend and stretch with an imaginative yoga class.

Breathe in. Breathe out. Shake it all about. Make animal poses and roar! And pop bubbles on the floor.

Workout together with gentle stretches and mindful movement in this fun family-friendly yoga session, perfect for all ages, from toddlers to teens, parents and grandparents.

The early session 11.30am - 12.15pm is perfect for 3-8yr olds.

The later session 12.30pm - 1.15pm is tailored to 9+ yr olds.

30 spaces available, turn up early to get your chance to join Stay all day: with temporary toilet facilities, picnic spots and even a tuck shop serving cold drinks, snacks and ice creams, there’s no need to leave the Play Paradise after your yoga session.
