A family-friendly rock pooling adventure.

Join COAST South Tyneside and the National Trust for an exploration of our incredible rocky shore. From starfish and crabs to the shorebirds that make the coastline their home, discover the amazing wildlife that lives along the seashore.

During this session, you’ll learn how to identify a variety of shore animals and practice responsible wildlife watching, ensuring we minimise disturbance and stress to the creatures we encounter. Our focus is on enjoying the natural world while helping to protect it.
