The Wild Reset with Sudor Saunas
A Restorative Wellness Experience by Sudor Wellness x The Breathing Project
- Booking essential
Escape the constant noise and give your nervous system a chance to soften. The Wild Reset is a guided breath, sauna and sea immersion designed to gently bring you back into your body, back into the present moment, and a little closer to yourself.
Set in the expansive grounds of Castle Ward, along the shores of Strangford Lough, this experience weaves breathwork, wood-fired heat, cold-water immersion and quiet community into a simple, restorative journey. The land, the water and the elements do the heavy lifting. You just show up and let yourself arrive.
What am I to expect? Guided Breathwork: Begin inside Castle Ward’s historic stone courtyard with grounding meditation and guided breathwork.
Wood- Fired Sauna: Move into an authentic wood-fired sauna for deep, elemental heat.
Sea immersion: With full guidance and support, you’ll step into the cold waters of Strangford Lough. This encounter with the elements to awaken your senses, build resilience, and recalibrate your system.
Connection & Integration: Throughout, there is space to share, to be quiet, and to simply be alongside others.
You’ll Leave Feeling
Connected to your body and breath. Calmer, clearer, and less tangled up in your thoughts. More resourced to meet everyday stress.
This is not about pushing your limits; it’s about offering your system a gentle, wild reset.
