The CBA Festival of Archaeology 2025 launches on Saturday 19th at Divis and our excavation will be running Wed-Sat each week through to Saturday 9th August. We are continuing our search at this enclosure site looking for remains of prehistoric settlement of those who lived and farmed here around 5,000 years ago.
Our excavation is staffed by our National Trust Archaeologist, assisted by volunteers from the Ulster Archaeology Society and members of the public are free to take part in the dig on a booking basis.
