You will have the opportunity to explore the benefits of therapeutic sound and also receive some of Tessa’s recorded sounds to listen and relax to.
The Temple of the Winds is a stunning neo-classical building located in Mount Stewart's historic demesne, boasting breath-taking views of Strangford Lough.

- Meeting point
Meet in Car Park 2 (overflow) and check in at Shepherd’s Hut. This event takes place at Temple of the Winds. Please arrive 10-15 minutes in advance of the workshop start time.
- What to bring and wear
Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (if you don’t have one Tessa will have some spare). Bring a pillow and blanket and bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothing.

Please advise if you have any health conditions or accessibility requirements we should be aware of in advance of the session. Please advise if you require a chair. Please note: Do not attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
