Mussenden Temple and Downhill Demesne guided tour

Join us on a guided historical tour of one of the jewels of the North Coast as we take you round the Earl Bishop Hervey’s estate.

Join us on a walk through time and history along side a Hervey Heritage Trust guide.

The journey will take you through Earl Bishop Hervey's gardens, his ‘castle’ and you will have exclusive access to the cliff top Mussenden Temple and hear all about its history.

View the breath-taking miles of beaches, watch the Atlantic waves lap along Inishowen and on a clear day spot the Scottish coastline.

This walk and talk is run in partnership between the Hervey Heritage Society and the National Trust. Tour leaves from the Bishop's Gate entrance.
