Join in a magical journey where you will perform some of the animal movements of Tai Chi and Qigong in this fantasy story aimed at children of primary school age.
We set the scene where you have found a precious stone and must return it to an imaginary kingdom and restore this beautiful world back to all its glory.
Children aged 5-11 can attend this session but must be accompanied by an adult.
