Come join a winter walk around Belton's pleasure gardens with Emma from The White Chakra. Connect with nature while considering the elements, stopping to reflect and meditate. Emma will guide you through the process of gentle meditation to help bring focus and clarity. There will be pauses during the walk to allow time and space for you.
The walk will start and end at the Stables Café. A hot drink, and the option to add a tray bake cake, is included in the ticket prices. Normal admission to Belton Estate applies.
