Come and enjoy the beautiful flowing movements of Tai Chi and Qigong in the serene setting of the gardens.
No experience is necessary to join in this relaxing, yet gently energising 45-minute session, led by qualified instructor Zoe, from Wellness Lincs.
The session is performed standing and seats can be made available if required.
Tai Chi and Qigong is generally suitable for everyone but the instructor can advise of modifications if you have any injuries or health conditions.
These Teen and Adult sessions are aimed at older teens and adults. Part of our Winter Wellness programme, the sessions are a great way to practice healthy mindfulness together.
