Winter Lantern Walk
This winter, wrap up warm and join us at dusk for a guided lantern walk around the Pleasure Grounds. Hear tales about the lives of the Dukes of Newcastle and see Clumber in a different light.

Join our team as they take you on a journey regaling you with stories of Clumber Park. Starting from the Lincoln Stables, the Lantern walk is a circular walk covering the site of the old mansion, the Pleasure grounds, Chapel, Duke's Garage and back to the stable yard.
Meeting within the the walls of the Lincoln Stable yard at 4pm and 4.30pm, just as the sun begins to go down. Collect a lantern to carry or bring your own. (only battery powered lanterns are allowed for safety) .
Each walk will last for approximately 1 hour
The Lantern walk is £5 per person and very popular, the perfect way to round off your Christmas celebrations.
Please be aware that our café closes at 4pm. If you would like to purchase drinks or snacks while you’re with us, please do so before the walk starts.

- Meeting point
- Meet in the Lincoln Stable yard. Follow signs for the main visitor facilities. Ask our friendly welcome team for a map or directions when entering the park. 
- What to bring and wear
- Please wear suitable clothing for the weather and sensible shoes for walking. 
- Accessibility
- Our walk route is wheelchair accessible. A limited number of mobility scooters can be hired, pre booking is essential. To book a scooter, call 01909 476592 to ensure availability.
