Meet Father Christmas with a BSL interpreter

Charlotte, our British Sign Language Elf is joining Father Christmas for 2 special days for families who would like an interpreter. As places are limited please consider booking a different day to visit if you don't need this service.

  • Booking essential
  • Admission applies

Christmas is a wonderful time of year, with all the sights, sounds and excitement that this time of year brings.

Greeted by our wonderful guides you can spend time in Father Christmas's grotto, playing with the toys before each family is taken through to visit Father Christmas in his cosy living room. A BSL interpreter is available for these sessions.

You will have extra time with Father Christmas to tell him what you would like. There will be time to take a photo and each child will be given a magical coin to spend in the Elves toyshop.

Our friendly helpers are on hand to help you capture that perfect picture.

Each child tickets includes one accompanying adult. Additional adults are charged at £3 - payable by card on the day.
