- Booking advisable
Relax and unwind in an immersive sound experience led by sound therapist Zaff from Sacred Feathers Healing.
Lie back as gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, African instruments and gentle vocal tones fill the space and create a feeling of relaxation and balance.
A chance to slow down, tune in, and enjoy a moment of calm.
A Sound Gong Bath is an immersive sound experience where participants lie down comfortably while a practitioner plays a selection of instruments. Participants lie down and close their eyes and allow the sounds to wash over them, promoting relaxation and reflection including through altered (safely) brainwave states. The term “bath” refers to being enveloped in sound waves as they resonate in the space around you, much like being submerged in water.
Benefits can include stress relief, improved mental clarity and focus, restoration of inner balance and harmony, release of physical pain and/or emotional anxiety, the deepest relaxation and better sleep.
Zaff is a highly trained certified multi-instrumentalist (a percussionist too) and he will create a safe, secure space to allow you to let go fully and allow you to mentally express your creative and authentic side.
Book your place by emailing happy@sacredfeatherhealing.co.uk.
