Summer Solstice Gong Special
Join a Summer Solstice gong bath special for midsummer's day.
- Booking essential
The longest day of the year is associated with the fullness of life and the flourishing of nature. It is a time to celebrate the gifts of the earth and the energy provided by the sun.
The session will begin with a walking meditation, barefoot (if possible), on the soft trimmed lawn of the walled garden. Leading back to the mats, the experience will then unfold into a special Sound Gong journey. Being outdoors will help to embrace the best of nature as you connect with the elements, absorbing the vibrant energy of the season.
Walking Meditation By immersing yourself in nature’s abundance, you will attune your mind and body to its rhythms and find greater harmony within yourself.
Embrace the invitation to slow down, connect with nature, and immerse yourself in the transformative practice of walking meditation. Discover the profound beauty of each step and the vastness of the present moment that unfolds with every breath.
Sound Gong Bath As you settle into a comfortable position on the mat, Zaff will be playing a range of eastern and African instruments (such as ancient Tibetan singing bowls, a huge and powerful eastern gong and much more) and using vocal transmissions to guide you out of your head and into your body. The rich, deep sound waves fill the space and as the sound vibrations penetrate your body, you may begin to feel a sense of relaxation and inner peace. The gentle sound waves can help to soothe your nervous system and release tension from your body.
