Five hours to escape from the hectic digital world, to slow down and appreciate our natural world at its most vibrant, on this retreat inside the walled garden of Grantham House.

The day will start with an energising vinyasa yoga class, then take a mindful walk around the grounds, spotting all the flowers in full bloom, before finding a moment to pause, reflect and note down the good things we are surrounded by. Then enjoy a light, nutritious, plant-based picnic/afternoon tea and explore your creative side with some mindful arts and crafts, and finally create connection through partner yoga and massage to finish the day feeling rested, restored and ready for the week ahead.
