Halloween 2026 is creeping closer… are you ready to follow the Bat Trail!
Flap into fun this half-term with our exciting Bat Trail! Young explorers aged 3–11 are all invited to join the Battle of the Bats. Take on the Battle of the Bats Trail and discover some of Britain's most amazing bats as you tackle six fun activities around the site. Each challenge reveals a clue that helps you complete your very own set of Bat cards.
Learn incredible bat facts, fill in the statistics for each species, and decide which bat has the fastest flight, the biggest wingspan, or the loudest call!
Once you've completed the trail, take your card sheet home, carefully cut out the cards, and get ready to play Battle of the Bats Top cards with family and friends.
