Stuart’s journey into wellbeing began in 2012, inspired by a desire to support others after seeing many around him experience burnout. What started with massage soon grew into a deeper exploration of reiki, meditation, and mindfulness. For Stuart, mindfulness is a gentle reminder to pause: to notice the present moment, to recognise unhelpful thoughts, and to return to a place of calm and clarity.
