Enjoy a special Tai Chi session in the stunning grounds of Tattershall Castle with Zoe from Wellness Lincs. Never practiced before? No problem! Everyone is welcome at this event.

Pre booking is essential through the Wellness Linc website.

You will gain an insight into Tai Chi and its benefits and follow along with a beautiful Qigong routine whilst immersing yourself in the historic scenery.

Based on ancient Chinese practice, both Tai Chi and Qigong are renowned for helping people unwind, recentre, and improve balance and flexibility. No experience is necessary for these gentle sessions.

Each session runs for 45 mins with access to the castle and grounds included in the ticket price after the session. Gates open at 9.30am with the event starting at 9.45am.

This is an adults only session (ages 18-80+). 16 and 17 year olds can attend with an accompanying adult.

This session is led by Zoe Myall from Wellness Lincs, a qualified instructor in Tai Chi and Qigong for Wellbeing and Rehabilitation.

Suitability

This is an adult session only, over 16s welcome when accompanied by an adult.

Meeting point

Please wait at the entrance gate on arrival, a member of staff will greet you just before the start time.

What to bring and wear

Please wear comfortable clothing to exercise in. It is advised to wear sunscreen and sunglasses, and to bring a water bottle too.
