This is a session of gentle discovery, where stability meets curiosity and every posture offers a choice of paths. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning as an old friend, you'll find space here to explore at your own pace, with options offered throughout to meet you exactly where you are.

The session involves lying down on the ground. The visitor buggy can help to transport you from Visitor Reception to the garden entrance if required.
- Meeting point
Please show your ticket confirmation at Visitor Reception, where you will be directed into the gardens for the session.
- What to bring and wear
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Bring a hat and wear suncream. If there's light rain bring suitable clothing to be able to enjoy the outdoors.
