Helios: Yoga and sound bath with Yoga Reading 17 & 24 August

Relax and enjoy yoga and sound bath sessions in nature near the glow of Helios. Sunlight is important for both our physical and mental health; its light and warmth lift our mood and improves our well-being. Mindful practices such as yoga can also improve our well-being.

Sound bath is a restorative exercise involving lying down and listening to soothing sounds from singing bowls and gongs to soothe stress and help you relax.

Sunday 17 at 3-3:45pm: Yoga Sunday 17 at 4-4:35pm: Sound Bath Sunday 24 at 3-3:45pm: Yoga

If you would like to join a session, pick up a free ticket from the board on the croquet lawn before the event on the day. No pre booking available. Normal admission applies. Spaces for the sessions will be limited and available on a first come first serve basis.

Equipment will be provided.
