Helios: Tai Chi Chih with Sport in Mind 25 August

Take a mindful moment with tai chi chih near the glow of Helios. Sunlight is important for both our physical and mental health; its light and warmth lift our mood and improves our well-being.

On Monday 25 August, join Adam from Sport in Mind for a relaxing session of tai chi chih. The session will run from 5pm to 6pm on the croquet lawn.

Get your free ticket for the session from the board on the croquet lawn before the event to reserve your space. No pre booking necessary. Normal admission applies. Tickets will be limited and available on a first come first serve basis.
