Join Sport in Mind for a free Walk Talk Walk session in the parkland. This is a walking peer support group offering a safe space to enjoy a gentle 3km walk around the scenic grounds of Basildon Park. This special walk is a family friendly activity and open to all ages. Sport in Mind is the leading mental health sports charity in England and Wales. Our mission is to transform the nation’s mental health through sport, and our trailblazing work harnesses the power of sport to inspire, educate, and promote good mental health.

This route is a gentle 3km walk through the parkland, however it does include areas of incline and uneven surfaces/ tree roots.
- Meeting point
Please meet at the Sport in Mind stall in front of the mansion.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, and for walking on trail paths.
