Get more ACTIVE in AUGUST! Join Ruth from RLR Therapy throughout August for a summer walk around Stowe Gardens with some gentle exercise stops along the way. These will be low level and appropriate for all abilities.

The session will start with a warm up in the Wild Meadow (outside New Inn) and the walk will be around 2-3 miles long. The walk includes a mix of gravel and mown grass paths with some gentle slopes. If you have any queries about the accessibility of the walk or the types of exercise involved, please contact a member of the team on 01280 817156. There will be around 3-4 stops along the way which will involve around 10 mins of gentle exercise. The walk will end back at the Wild Meadow with a cool down and stretch. Please note in the event of very high temperatures the session may be cancelled.
