This special 2-hour workshop led by Soulful Sanctuary invites you to honour the longest day of the year and celebrate light, life and personal renewal.
You can expect grounding meditation, journaling prompts, Pilates and nature-based reflection. The session will take place in the Slip Garden, so you are surrounded by nature in full bloom.
All levels welcome, including beginners.

The basics

- Meeting point
Meet at the sundial in front of the house. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the session begins.
- What to bring and wear
Yoga mats will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring water and dress suitably for an outdoor Pilates session.
- Accessibility
The session will begin with a walk uphill to the Slip Garden, and the workshop will involve sitting on the floor for extended periods as well as moving through different postures and poses taking you from seated to standing. Assistance dogs only.
