- Suitability
All children are welcome, but the Tunnel is recommended for 4-7 year olds
- Meeting point
Discover the Tunnel from the West Door of the House. You don't need a House ticket to explore the Spooky Tunnel, but Park & Garden admission applies (free for NT members).
- What to bring and wear
The tunnel will be cold and may be damp and slippery, so come in warm clothes and enclosed shoes.
- Accessibility
The floor surface is uneven and there are 19 steps through the Tunnel, including a steep flight of worn steps into the Brewhouse, with a handrail on the left. Please leave pushchairs outside and collect when you've finished exploring. The first hour of each day is a quieter hour - sound will be off or volume reduced, and the lighting will be static.
